The Alarm Technician

Analyze the policies, procedures, customs, habits, training and supervision of alarm technicians to help determine what, if anything needs to be addressed, changed, updated, modified or, corrected in your operating guidelines. This course will introduce liability minimization techniques and how to quantify alarm technician's effectiveness and performance in the tasks that they perform.

Security Surveys and Risk Analysis

Introduction to performing Security Surveys and Risk Analysis, and how they apply to alarm systems. Learn how to apply the Crime Triangle and CPTED, Crime Prevention through Environmental Design into your security surveys and risk analysis. Overview of what should and should not be stated in your written reports and recommendations.
