ISC East 2023 will take place on November 15-16, 2023.

Wednesday, November 15, 2023 | 9:30am – 4:00pm

Thursday, November 16, 2023 | 10:30am – 3:45pm

The submission period to speak in the 2023 SIA Education@ISC East program has not yet opened. Proposals will be reviewed by the ISC Education Advisory Board, and speakers will be informed of the Board’s decisions in the fall.

Badges for ISC East will not be mailed. Please be sure to print out your confirmation page with bar code and bring it to the Registration Area when you arrive at the Convention Center.

AGE RESTRICTIONS - In accordance with display rules and regulations and security measures, no one under the age of 18 will be admitted in the exhibit hall at any time, except as required by law.

We do have a nursing suite that is located in public space, please contact show management directly if you need more information about our nursing suite. 

No one under 18 years of age will be admitted including infants.

Reed Exhibitions and ISC East strive to create and maintain an environment where all people are treated with dignity, decency and respect. As such, we expect ALL parties participating in any ISC East event, including but not limited to, exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees, to behave appropriately at all times throughout the year.

ISC East has a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for harassment of any kind including, but not limited to:

  • Stalking
  • Intimidation
  • Offensive verbal comments
  • Physical assault and/or battery
  • Threats
  • Harassing or non-consensual photography or recording
  • Sustained disruption of presentations and other events
  • Bathroom policing
  • Inappropriate physical contact
  • Unwelcome physical attention
  • Sexually explicit, suggestive and/or provocative behavior
  • Hate symbols

In relation to, but not limited to:

  • Race
  • Color
  • National origin
  • Gender
  • Gender identity
  • Gender presentation
  • Sexual orientation
  • Marital status
  • Age
  • Body size
  • Disability
  • Appearance
  • Religion
  • Citizenship
  • Pregnancy

If a person engages in harassing behavior at any time, ISC East staff will take prompt action in any form they deem appropriate, including expulsion from ISC  with no refund. Our policy applies to EVERYONE participating in a ISC event. Exhibitors, attendees, speakers, guests, professionals, press, staff, volunteers, and security are ALL subject to our Anti-Harassment Policy.

Anyone can report harassment to ISC staff at any time. If someone’s behavior has made you uncomfortable, or if you witness the same happening to someone else, you should immediately contact security or ISC staff. If necessary, ISC staff will contact local law enforcement, provide escort, offer a safe place, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to make sure they feel safe for the rest of ISC.

No refunds will be made for cancellations or for “no shows.” No exceptions.

You may transfer your registration to another member of your organization with a letter identifying the person taking your place. Substitution Requests must be received by Wednesday, November 1, 2023 and are at the discretion of Show Management.
