In this session, presenters will highlight best practices showing how to succeed in sales from an action planning perspective.  Attendees will actively create an action plan to take away and use personally or duplicate with their sales team.  Review scripts and learn to create key metrics to impact sales success.  Attendees will also formulate game plans to focus on the right activities to close more business. Interaction is highly encouraged, and session leaders will offer insights on how to take the information learned in the session and execute it within your own organization.

Learning Outcomes:
1. Review tools to create a focused action plan that can be duplicated with team members.
2. Evaluate key metrics to measure to forecast closed business.
3. Decipher take-away the tools to implement an easy process to increase sales success and produce repeatable results.
