November 20, 2019, 1:15 PM - 2:00 PM

Theater 1

The presentation will discuss the benefits and uses of Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) in performing risk assessments. Attendees will learn how to leverage this growing technology field for gaining a unique perspective on client facilities and locations when performing threat, vulnerability, or asset studies, concluding in a more comprehensive, a more accurate, and a more professional risk assessment. The attendee will learn about the technologies, laws, and requirements for leveraging UAS and how different types of UAS can be used for different advantages. Additionally, the attendee will learn about engineering surveying and mapping technologies that can be used during a risk assessment.

Learning Outcomes:
1. Discover a new method for presenting data to owners that saves money by reducing operating costs and decreasing survey time.
2. Learn about new technologies and advance beyond the competition.
3. Leverage UAS to better serve your Clients and reduce costs.
4. Enhance report writing skills, presentation material, and improve quality of data information gathered.
