This transformative session will discuss how to perform a Converged Gap Assessment to understand the acceptable level of risk across the areas of Business Operations, Technology, Compliance & Regulations, and Culture. You’ll discover whether you’re working tactically or strategically, and at what level of maturity. We’ll explore ways to identify solutions that combine IT, OT and physical security, that are secure and compliment your business not burden it. Next, we’ll show preferred ways to test these solutions to ensure they not only functions properly, but how well they actually solve the strategic problems. Finally, we’ll discuss how to choose the best way to implement and measure performance over time.

Learning Outcomes:
1. Learn how to craft a message that will bring all the stakeholders to the table.
2. Define requirements from the end user perspective to ensure it not only works, but also solves the problems identified in the assessment.
3. Discuss best practices regarding specification that will make your program secure and successful as well as to understand the potential points of failure.
4. Learn techniques for working with integrators to properly test the solution before it gets into the field.
5. Identify types of training that will enable the implementation of solutions across the industry, as well as the enterprise.

This session will bring use of NIST 800- 171, NIST 1.1, CMMI, FISMA, to industry compliance standards such as NERC CIP 14 4- 6, PCI DSS, HITRUST, HIPAA, GLBA, CFATS, FSMA, TAPA, etc.
